Devastating Fire Rips Through A Pub In Northampton

Here we share ITV news’ dramatic pictures and video of a fire in Northampton on Saturday 5th December. The Sixfields Tavern was apparently gutted by a fire that ripped through both floors of the building during a nearby football match at the Sixfield’s Stadium.  Northampton were playing a second round F A Cup game against Northwhich Victoria.

The report demonstrates how disruptive a fire can be to a community as many roads were closed while the fire service got the blaze under control.

An investigation is underway as to the cause of the blaze.
